We develop and sell WordPress plugins focused on AI-powered tools. Our flagship product is AI RAG Assistant Pro — a WordPress chat plugin using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology.

When we refer to our "services," we mean:

3 Plugin Data Handling

3.1 Data the Plugin Stores on YOUR Server

The plugin creates its own database tables in your WordPress MySQL database. Data stored there includes:

• Knowledge base chunks — excerpts from your posts, pages, products, and PDFs
• Vector embeddings — mathematical representations of your content (if enabled)
• Chat conversations — message history between visitors and the AI
• Lead capture data — names, emails, phone numbers submitted by visitors (if lead capture is enabled)
• Appointment requests — booking details submitted through the widget (if appointments are enabled)
• PDF files — uploaded documents stored in your wp-content/uploads folder
• Plugin settings — configuration stored in WordPress wp_options

3.2 Data Sent to AI Providers

When a visitor sends a chat message, the following data is transmitted to the AI API provider you configured:

• The visitor's chat message (question)
• Relevant content chunks from your knowledge base (RAG context)
• The system prompt you configured
• Conversation history (limited to last few messages)

This data goes directly from your server to your chosen AI provider (e.g., OpenAI, Groq, Google). EsolverAI does not intercept, store, or have access to these messages.

3.3 License Validation

The plugin periodically contacts our license server to validate your license. During this check, the following is transmitted:

• Your license key
• Your site's domain name
• Plugin version number
• WordPress version number

No visitor data, chat messages, or personal information is included in license validation requests.

3.4 Automatic Updates

When checking for plugin updates, the plugin contacts our server and sends:

• License key
• Current plugin version
• Domain name

4 How We Use Data

We use the limited data we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not use your data for automated profiling or decisions with legal effects.

5 Third-Party Services

We use a minimal number of trusted third-party services to operate our business:

LemonSqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases, which means they handle payment processing, tax collection, and compliance. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

We do not use advertising networks, retargeting services, or social media tracking pixels.

6 AI API Providers

The plugin supports multiple AI providers. Each has their own privacy policy and data handling practices:

EsolverAI has no control over how these AI providers process, store, or use data sent to their APIs. We recommend site owners review each provider's API data usage policies — particularly whether they use API inputs for model training (most enterprise/paid plans opt-out of training by default).

7 Cookies

Our website uses only essential technical cookies. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

7.2 The WordPress Plugin

8 Data Retention

8.1 Our License Server

• License keys and activation records — retained for the duration of your license plus 1 year for accounting/legal purposes
• Server access logs — automatically purged after 30 days
• Support correspondence — retained for 2 years, then deleted

8.2 Your WordPress Site (Plugin Data)

Data stored by the plugin on your server is under your control. Default retention settings are:

• Conversation history — 90 days by default (configurable via Developer settings or the ai_rag_conversation_retention_days filter)
• Knowledge base chunks — retained until you re-index or manually delete
• Lead capture data — retained indefinitely until you manually delete or export
• PDF files — retained until you delete them from the PDF Library

8.3 Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that we may retain certain data where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

9 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will:
